Privacy policy
In force since 1 August 2026
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Wytwórnia Wyrobów z Drewna Robert Brożek, ul. Szkolna 33, 87-721 Raciążek, tax ID (NIP): 8911380891. Contact regarding personal data: rbrozek@wp.pl.
2. What data we process and why
- Correspondence and phone contact: the data you provide yourself when calling, sending an e-mail or writing on WhatsApp (usually your name, phone number or e-mail address and the content of your enquiry), in order to reply (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract at your request, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in handling correspondence).
Providing data is voluntary; without it, however, we will not be able to reply to your enquiry.
3. Where contact data goes
The Website has no contact form. You send a message from your own e-mail client to the controller's mailbox (rbrozek@wp.pl), call the number provided, or write on WhatsApp. WhatsApp conversations take place in an app provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, under that service's terms and outside our control (details: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea). Correspondence is processed as regular mail.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Website may use Google Analytics for statistics. If analytics is enabled, analytics cookies load only after consent is given in the cookie banner, and consent can be withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. When analytics is not enabled, the Website uses no analytics cookies and shows no banner.
5. Map on the home page
The contact section on the home page shows a Google Maps map embedded as a frame. Loading the map means your browser connects to Google servers, so your IP address, browser information and cookies set by Google reach Google Ireland Limited. We have no influence on the scope of that processing. Details: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Recipients of data
Data may be entrusted to providers maintaining the Website's infrastructure (hosting, e-mail server), solely to the extent necessary to provide these services. Data is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
7. Retention
Form correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and potential claims, no longer than 3 years from the last contact.
8. Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). To exercise your rights: rbrozek@wp.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated (e.g. when the Website's scope changes); the new version applies from its publication date, with a new "In force since" date.
